About Us

Sewing for Babies makes tiny clothing and isolette quilts for preemie babies while they are in the hospital, and are given to the families to take home.
Clothing for preemie babies is expensive and difficult to find. Often babies go through several sets of clothing each day and are sometimes in the hospital for months at a time. Sewing for babies helps to fill this need by making preemie clothes.
If the unthinkable happens it is hard to find burial clothing small enough to fit them. Sewing for Babies also provides dignified burial clothing to the families that are suffering through the loss of their child.
Isolette quilts are requested by the hospitals to be a specific size. they cover the Isolettes in the newborn intensive care unit (NICU) to block out the bright lights so the baby can sleep and grow.
We deliver monthly to local valley hospitals
